The research project ‘Implementation of the Talent Partnerships – What potential role for the diaspora?’ includes four country case studies and comprehensive discussion of diaspora segments, contributions and engagement potential.
Co-steered by ICMPD sister-project the Migration Partnership Facility (MPF), this report was produced in partnership with the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM). It explores the potential for diaspora to contribute to achieving the objectives of the EU’s Talent Partnerships, one of the core elements of the new Pact on Migration and Asylum.
An abridged version of the report, comprising the executive summary and recommendations is available here.
