The consultation was held on 9 and 10 November 2019 in Lisbon with 14 diaspora organisations from Portugal and Spain to discuss needs, challenges and opportunities for diaspora organisations active in development of their countries of heritage.

The report includes recommendations on diaspora engagement for development co-drafted by participants.
