Your Home in Egypt Project

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities has launched an initiative targeting Egyptian expats to purchase around 5,000 houses and villas in prime locations nationwide. The project was launched in partnership with the Ministry for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs in response to growing demand from the diaspora for prime residential units. The units will be sold in dollars to ensure an influx of foreign exchange in the country.
