Transfer of Knowledge through Expatriate Nationals (TOKTEN)

The TOKTEN project connects highly qualified Guinean professionals – both locally and from the diaspora – with Guinean public administration structures in order to channel their expertise and skills towards national development. The assignments are based on short-term contracts that include training, technical assistance, investment, cooperation and knowledge exchange.
