Social Cohesion and Dialogue

The Council of the Syrian Charter, founded in 2019, created one of the few inclusive dialogue platforms bringing together Syria’s fragmented communities, including diaspora representatives. Its “Code of Conduct for Syrian Coexistence” promotes mutual respect, pluralism, and national unity for post-conflict reconciliation and reconstruction.
