Online Portal for Returning Nationals

Administered by the Returning Nationals Secretariate, a governmental department, the online portal disseminates up-to-date information for potential returnees, including easy-to-download application forms (organised by categories), personalised guidance, and access to various services aimed at facilitating the repatriation process. Moreover, the platform also lists a number of incentives, including duty-free concessions for imported household goods and vehicles, and simplified customs procedures. Eligible returnees are those 18 years or older who resided abroad for 10 continuous years or more and decided to repatriate permanently.
