Sponsored by the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation, the Libya Experts Forum 2025 brought together Libyan expatriates from around the world to contribute to Libya’s development through knowledge transfer to state institutions. It also aimed to strenghten avenues of communication between diaspora experts and policymakers, as well as present practical projects that contribute to Libya’s development.
