Inclusive National Dialogue Process with the Diaspora
In 2025, approximately 7,000 members of the Mozambique diaspora participated in the Inclusive National Dialogue Process. The consultation discussed relevant topics, such as the need for frequent dissemenation activities regarding the Constitution to ensure that diaspora members are aware of their rights and duties; dual nationality and the processing of documents for children born abroad; the improvement of the quality of local education, health services and infrastructure; the need for greater transparency in the dissemination of election results; issues related to the living conditions of Mozambicans living abroad; and the improvement of migration services for the diaspora.
