In August 2024, Egypt held the fifth edition of the Conference for Egyptians Abroad, building on previous editions focused on investment, real estate, and services. This edition launched a mobile app for expatriates, introduced a new emergency insurance fund, and hosted a roundtable with diaspora investors.
