The Forum was held in Laval in October 2025 with the aim of providing a platform for exchange within the Guinean diaspora, while highlighting its contributions and recognizing it as a key player in national development. During the forum, the French Ambassador to Guinea reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting diaspora initiatives through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ one-stop shop and the Investment Promotion Agency.
