First National Conference of Libyan Expatriates

The first of its kind, the event aims to foster engagement with Libyan communities abroad, strengthen their ties to their homeland and facilitate their participation in national development. Implemented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the conference aims to serve as a platform for dialogue, networking and diaspora mobilisation for Libya’s political, economic and cultural development.
