EUTF / IOM Temporary Return of Qualified Nationals (TRQN) for Eritrea

This three-year IOM Temporary Return of Qualified Nationals (TRQN) programme seeks to facilitate the voluntary participation of Eritrean Diaspora to support institutional strengthening in key socio-economic sectors agreed with the Eritrean government, including, education, health, water and sanitation, agriculture, energy, infrastructure, civil engineering, financial systems, and information technology. In addition, the programme will support the Department of Eritreans Abroad in playing a coordinating role for the diaspora engagement, through skills transfer, and strategy development.
