Implemented by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment, the programme aims to support migrant workers who have returned to use the income they earned overseas to either start their own businesses or finance existing businesses. The programme provides financing depending on the feasibility of the business proposal, with grants ranging from Rs. 250,000 to Rs, 1,000,000.
