Enhancing women’s economic resilience through market gardening in the Savanes region
Implemented by Avenir des Jeunes Filles de Dapaong (AJFD), a Togolese diaspora organisation based in France, and supported by EUDiF through the Diaspora 4 Development (D4D) grants, this project supports women in northern Togo through improved access to water, agricultural inputs, farming equipment and technical training. By enabling year-round market gardening through an all-female cooperative, it aims to increase women’s incomes, improve household livelihoods and promote sustainable local development.
