This EUDiF Capacity Development Lab (CDL) project is implemented with SENACYT, the Academy of Sciences of Guatemala and diaspora experts. The project aims to enhance institutional capacities to integrate the Guatemalan scientific and professional diaspora into national development strategies by improving coordination, policy design and digital engagement mechanisms. Through institutional consultations, workshops, peer exchange and focus groups with diaspora communities in the United States and Europe, the initiative seeks to develop practical tools and recommendations for more structured and sustainable diaspora engagement.
