Implemented by Avenir Écoles Cap-Vert (AECV) in partnership with the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP), and supported by EUDiF through the Diaspora 4 Development (D4D) grants programme, the initiative focuses on supporting women and girls on the island of Santiago through entrepreneurship training, mentorship and business development support. The project combines capacity-building with diaspora knowledge transfer, engaging Cape Verdean diaspora entrepreneurs to share expertise and mentor participants.
