DynamoLAB: Access to Training – Strengthening Local Capacities for a Rural Just Energy Transition

This diaspora-led project supported by EUDiF through the Diaspora4Development (D4D) grants is led by Kunstrial e.V., a Colombian diaspora organisation, and implemented by Dynamo. It aims to expand access to certified, practice-based training in renewable energy for rural youth and women in Colombia, helping them participate in emerging green economy opportunities. Colombian diaspora experts based in Germany will play an active role in delivering part of the training, supporting the transfer of skills and knowledge while strengthening connections between the diaspora and local communities.
