Diaspora-focused real estate financing in the Dead Sea

To boost real estate investment from Jordanians abroad, the Dead Sea Touristic and Real Estate Investment Company, a public-private partnership, signed an agreement with the National Bank of Abu Dhabi to offer preferential mortgage options. The initiative targets Jordanians in the Gulf, enabling them to purchase luxury apartments at the Samarah Dead Sea Resort. With flexible financing and Gulf-wide promotion, the project strengthens diaspora ties to Jordan while supporting national tourism and real estate growth.
