Diaspora Alliance for Recovery of Ukraine

Launched during the Ukraine Recovery Conference in 2025, the initiative aims to channel global solidarity through coordinated, long-term contributions to support the rebuilding of Ukraine’s institutions, economy and communities, offering a single space for collaboration, data sharing, policy input and joint initiatives. The alliance operates on a voluntary and inclusive basis, with governance shared among the Government of Ukraine, partner governments, the Ukrainian World Congress, selected diaspora groups and with IOM serving as its secretariat.
