The DAR programme aims to utilise the human and financial potential of the diaspora in the socioeconomic development of Moldova. The DAR programme is based on the 1 + 3 principle of the partnership: diaspora + government and/or local authorities + development partners and donors. The project focuses on infrastructure; protection of the environment; economy; optimisation of energy; culture; and social protection.
