The EU-funded “Coop4Int” project (2021–2025), implemented through the Migration Partnership Facility, focused on strengthening cooperation between Portugal and Cabo Verde to improve migrant integration and policy coordination. It also supported migrant entrepreneurship, training and the creation of local migration service units.
