The Office for Tunisians Abroad (OTE) organizes Arabic language courses for Tunisian students and non-students residing abroad as part of its cultural and educational programmes targeted to new generations of the diaspora. The courses are implemented in partnership with the Bourguiba Institute of Modern Languages. The OTE covers 70% of tuition fees, while the remaining 30% are shouldered by the participant.
