EUDiF’s Capacity Development Component provides technical support to partner countries in South Asia, South-East Asia and the Pacific in the area of diaspora engagement. This is an expression of interest for a short-term technical support programme and not a grant. EUDiF will manage the budget and the financing of the selected actions.
