Filipino citizens are advised by the Philippines Embassy to register with the Philippine Embassy in Paris soon after their arrival in France or Monaco in order to receive a Community Card. Meanwhile in Spain, they launched the same card in 2024 with the name Tarjeta Consular. These cards allow the embassy to remain connected and support Filipinos, especially in situations where they may otherwise remain invisible within official systems.
