eConsulate platform

The eConsulate platform is a modern digital service launched in 2025 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova and fully integrated into the government’s digital infrastructure. Designed for Moldovan citizens living abroad, and currently available in nine countries during its pilot phase, it provides faster and more efficient access to consular services. In addition, consular fees have been reduced by 50 percent, while fees for passports issued to minors have been completely eliminated.
