Liberia launched a Diaspora Engagement Task Force (DETF) under the Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs, as part of the IOM and African Development Bank-supported SDE4R initiative. The task force aims to strengthen institutional coordination and create an enabling environment for diaspora investment, entrepreneurship, skills transfer and knowledge exchange.
