2025

Morocco has developed initiatives aimed at mobilising the scientific expertise of its diaspora. For example, the FINCOME 2025 programme, launched by the National Centre for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST) with the support of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation and the Department of Moroccans Residing Abroad, fosters research and expert work involving Moroccan Skills Abroad (Compétences Marocaines du Monde – CMDM) through research stays of 3 to 12 months within Moroccan public universities, research institutions or socio-economic actors engaged in research and innovation activities.
