Air Ticket Scheme for Migrant Workers

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Employment, in partnership with the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Agency, launched an initiative that issues airline tickets at low rates for Sri Lankan migrant workers travelling abroad. Air tickets are provided at prices lower than market rates and are available to all individuals travelling overseas for employment, regardless of their country of destination.
