Diaspora Connect Programme (PDC)

The Diaspora Connect Programme (PDC) is an initiative led by the Réseau International des Sénégalais Cadres et Entrepreneurs de l’Extérieur (RISCE) to strengthen connections among Senegalese diaspora communities worldwide. It aims to facilitate networking, collaboration and project co-creation among diaspora members, as well as between the diaspora and stakeholders in Senegal. The programme supports the mobilisation of diaspora skills and resources towards socio-economic development through platforms for exchange, partnerships and community initiatives.
