In 2023, following the establishment of the High Council of Guineans Abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with IOM, organised another Diaspora Forum to further strengthen its strategic collaboration with the Guinean diaspora and commitment to mobilising the diaspora for the socio-economic development of Guinea.
