Launched by the Office of Scientist Support under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (MES), the initiative aims to unite Ukrainian scientists abroad for collaboration and post-war recovery. Hosted on MES technical infrastructure, the platform facilitates connections between domestic and diaspora researchers. The Ministry actively supports this network by developing recommendations and promoting cooperation between Ukrainian institutions and global experts, reinforcing Ukraine’s scientific capacity and international engagement.
