IV Conference The Nation and Emigration (“IV Conferencia La Nación y la Emigración)

This event organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sought to bring together members of the Cuban diaspora in Havana for a 3-day programme of exchange and conferences. Through this meeting, the government seeks to maintain stable and fluid links with its nationals abroad, their descendants and relatives. The event was to be held in April 2020 but was postponed due to the pandemic. As of 2021 the Cuban government maintained its interest in holding the conference once health conditions allow it.
